Mostly Bad! We had a couple visits to have our old hvac serviced. The first visit they suggested the AC wasn’t actually connected to the wiring - we had moved in the year prior and didn’t know much about the unit but figured they must be right. When they came back they found that it was indeed connected to the wiring but highly recommended we replace it. Heavily pushed installing a heat pump unit with wireless communication. Sold it on the tax benefits etc to make it sound more affordable. The installers left 6 holes in our walls and ceiling looking for where to wire the new unit. The holes were never repaired. The unit itself required service calls in the first three years. The Bluetooth function - which is necessary for it to turn on - doesn’t work consistently. We called someone to come out due to it not working again recently and they charged us $119 for the “diagnostic fee” because if we had “done a clean and check on the furnace before they would’ve caught this problem” Guess their own faulty work isn’t enough reason for them to come out for free on what should be a near new HVAC unit. Also, they didn’t mention the $119 diagnostic fee when scheduling the appointment.
