We have used Bogdan twice now, once for duct cleaning and once for a service call. Both times we had fast and efficient service. The woman who helped us set up service was very lovely and got us an appointment very quickly,
They have reasonable pricing and the service gentleman have been kind and work quickly and never leave a mess. I love that it’s a smaller company and they have annual service plans that take the guess work out your maintenance. Have found our AC and HVAC company for sure!
Amazing service. Our furnace broke down on a Sunday morning and Ms. Bogdan answered our call and set up a time for a tech to come out within an hour. Communication was excellent. The Bogdan family is so helpful. The father did the repairs and his daughter runs the office. Pricing was outlined ahead of time and was very reasonable. No gouging of people desperate for help. I am very grateful to the Bogdan family and their services. 10 stars!
I am really impressed with the communication, work done, clean up after, corrections to work in live time, and the electronic system for quotes/receipt/invoice. We receive email options (pictures and descriptions for each item in the quote) for the quotes to get exactly what we wanted installed in our home with full transparency. We picked a full furnace, AC and booster system package. Bogdan was our 3rd quote, most professional, great ratings and best price package by far! Once we chose the products they scheduled through the office quickly. The owner is very knowledgeable and on the job site. Texts about who was coming and when helped ease nerves again with clear communication. The install had a minor unexpected hitch when the duct did not go to the room they expected to be boosting. They clearly let me know, correctly identified the line needed and did an amazing job correctly installing the booster for our converted porch room. Mario was quick and skilled on site for our two days of install. Overall I would highly recommend Bogdan to others. They are a great local option with amazing communication, transparency and competitive pricing.
