Blacks recently built a great outdoor fireplace for us. John, our project manager, worked closely with us on what we were looking for and gave us a lot of ideas. Very professional crew, fair pricing and timing. Couldn't be happier. Originally we were going to hire a landscape outfit to do this, but we're really glad we chose actual masons for such a project. The stone guys did an amazing job with our fireplace. Great attention to detail and very skilled at what they do. Thank you! So fast forward several weeks and they also did our gutters. We had this really funky roof valley that left really no space to install a gutter. They figured it out and did a tremendous job. Really pleased with the results! Thanks again!
If you are needing chimney maintenance like a sweep, masonry repair, or stove work - look no further! When our family had a letdown on help from another stove place, Blacks stepped up in a big way to help us out. We had smoked out our house 4-5 times before and after a sweep and couldn’t get answers as to what was wrong. Sean got us help from Blacks the same week and Mike got our pipes fully unclogged (was blocked and had a dead crow) in under an hour. Also they tell you what you need and timing. Amazing service. Great local business. Fabulous professionals who KNOW THEIR STUFF. No beating-around-the-bush service, prompt callback, and amazing customer service. Every. Single. Time. I am very happy with the fireplace install. Blacks was willing to come to our place and explain exactly what we needed and offered an installed price that was less than what another company had quoted for the fireplace alone. I am picky and a general pain the rear: The installation crew was awesome. They cleaned up every night and did very nice work. We are very happy with the work and the fireplace heats the whole house. Update: John, Steven, Ryan, Cadence and Kai all came and did an amazing job finishing the rock around the fireplace. Pretty amazing work.
Blacks Inc. out of Hayden Idaho just finished installing my stovepipe for my wood burning stove at my lake house. Michael was the lead guy along with Sage & Reese. They were very professional and extremely clean. Susan in the office was in constant communication with me and worked around my schedule.
