Tony Ball and crew did an outstanding job installing my Mini-Split Ductless System into my new 400 Sq Ft Sunroom addition to my home. Their work was meticulous and the system works fantastically well. Highly recommended. And with the rebate, tax advantages and 0% interest financing, the whole project is super affordable.

My 38 year old central AC was having intermitant problems and I decided it was time to upgrade and I decided to go with a heat pump this time around allowing me a second heat source should I have a problem with my oil furnace. I went with B&L Ductless because my son-in-law had one installed a couple years ago and he was very happy with their knowledge, work ethic, and pricing of course. I had a 4 man crew led by Andrew along with Nathan, Derick, and Tyler who were all fantastic. This was a partial house upgrade but still eligible for the mass save rebate plus a 2,000.00 federal tax credit at least through the end of 2025. Rather than run a 4-6 inch pipe up 2 stories on the outside of my house they were willing to accomadate me by running the new lines into my garage and up through a closet and into the attic. I also love the Ecobee smart thermostat they installed. Like anything else new there was a little learning curve but very user friendly and far superior to my old Lyric brand. Bottom line is I could not be happier I went with these guys and I would highly reccommend their services.
We are BIG B & L Ductless fans. We were super impressed with their professionalism and process. They installed 2 Mitsubishi mini splits last week and we are the happiest customers on the planet. They installed them within half a day, were really thorough, super clean and I am telling everyone that has an AC unit to go to them for installs and cleanings.
So let me start by saying this company simply was impressive. I recently worked with them in September 2023 to install a Mitsubishi heat pump mini split system for my home for heating and cooling. They also performed an electrical service upgrade for me as well. I chose this company initially, because of the competitve value they provided, and because of their ability to perform all of the work I wanted to get done. They also went above, and beyond by installing some electrical and wiring for my home media room. During the job itself, the team was on time was thorough and very meticulous with the install all of the units and connections. I was impressed with the quality of the install work. After the job was completed they also worked Closely with me, to get my rebate submitted for massave to save me money. One thing for sure is, you will not be sorry if you choose this company to handle your HVAC install project.
