Caleb replaced a breaker for my dryer. He was kind, informative, professional, and had great communication. Before arriving he called and let me know what time he’d be here. He walked me through what he’d done and we tested my dryer before he left. He wore shoe protectors even though my house is in the middle of a remodel and it wasn’t entirely necessary, the gesture was very much appreciated. Overall I had a great experience with Caleb, and Bill’s Superior Electric.

Simply the best. No BS. I had an emergency when the electrical panel went out and the tenants had no electricity. They came out and gave a fair price and did not gouge me for being in an emergency. The work was done quickly and passed the city permit inspection. I highly recommend their services.

Caleb was here within the hour of calling and quickly found the cause for concern. He was very friendly and patient, willing to take the time to help figure everything out. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He will be the first person I call if I need service again!

I had a relatively small job that needed an electrician. No one local wanted to be bothered with a one day job. Bill's superior service was recommended to me by a friend in Lava Hot Springs. Bill's technician came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Within 10 days the job was scheduled and done. I am so pleased with the work. I also appreciated not being told it was too small of a job and wasn't worth their time. It still took the technician an entire day to complete it.
