I was traveling and my Armada starting cutting out. Jerking Got there at 8. Told me Nissan tech were booked way out, but would take a look. Bad cam shaft sensor connection. Fixed it. Had me out by 9:30. Less than $200. I was at their mercy and they treated me right and very fairly. He fly recommended

I bought a 2019 Civic Hatchback new from Bill Summers. I have only had it serviced from Bill Summers over the years. At 187,000 miles a ticking sound began from the motor which was increasingly becoming more obvious. It was diagnosed from Bill Summers the motor was not distributing oil properly anymore. The service department pursued a couple of options for me and it was agreed they would replace the motor with a motor that had 71,000 miles with a one year warranty. Their Honda certified technician also saw that some other misc. items that could be addressed to benefit the car with the high mileage, which I absolutely agreed. My point is over the years I've kept my car serviced with Bill Summers service department because they have always been excellent, informative, courteous, and fair. I appreciate them and the work they've done for me. Their service department is good to go....
I scheduled service a few days before my appointment at 10AM. I received two text message reminding me of the appointment in that time period. I showed up at 9:55 and they were ready for me. I waited in the waiting area which is nice, comfortable and accommodating. I got an oil change a tire rotation and only waited 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the whole experience!
I hit some road debis outside of North Platte on US30 en route home to Northeast Iowa (530 miles) on Sept 9th. The debris knocked off 2 of 3 fasteners securing a rock deflector. Pleasantly pleased to find out from a local person about your Nissan dealership. Service Advisor Nick helped me out, and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Thanks a Bunch!!!
