Same day service. Fantastic service by Bigfoot Electric & AC. This isn’t my first time using the company, I’ll continue to use the business. The company offers several services with several qualified individuals. I stopped by the office and was met with a friendly staff, fortunately for me, their AC tech Hunter was in the office. Hunter answered all my questions and then after deciding I would like to have my AC serviced, he drove straight there and began the work. I then received a phone call explaining all that was accomplished and then a detailed email with photos to back it all up. Great great service. 10/10.

Mr. Lasyone I want to say thank you for having employees like Justin Powell. I was concerned about the winter storm that was heading our way. I have a platinum service plan and was concerned about making sure everything was working correctly. I called and the administrative clerk was extremely helpful and she asked Justin to call me. Justin called and walked me through every step to make sure my generator was ready. He even gave me his work number and told me to call regardless of the time, if I needed assistance in the winter storm. I am glad that I bought my generator with your company and that you have great employees like Justin Powell. I am certainly a satisfied customer.
