Chris and Luke have installed HVAC units in two properties. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy has done annual maintenance on both systems and is also a pleasure to work with and professional. Robert quickly identified problems from a different contractor’s installation and offered solutions that I could afford. Tauna is always on top of things and has really helped me manage the scheduling and payments of both systems. Many thanks to the whole crew - I’m sure that I’ve missed someone!

I can’t recommend Big Horn Heating and Cooling enough! They replaced the furnace in my house when I first bought it last year. The new furnace was having issues with the older home’s duct work and Big Horn Heating and Cooling went out of their way to promptly find solutions to make it work for me. This winter, I started to have similar issues as last year with the furnace. I called the company and they immediately worked me in to service the furnace the same day. They then made the decision to replace my furnace free of charge with a furnace that would work better with the duct work of my older home and give me complete peace of mind moving forward. I appreciate a company with integrity that stands by their work and treats their customers so well. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands by doing the right thing even if doesn’t help their bottom line. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Big Horn Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs. They have a life long customer in me.

I have employed Big Horn Heating & Cooling twice to install a furnace replacement with additional AC in my mothers home and a heat pump AC system in my own home. Their first technician at my mother’s home diagnosed the problem with the original forced air furnace, which had reached end of life status, and recommended a properly sized replacement unit. For both installations, the crews arrived on time, worked their butts off and were finished in around 6 hours each time. They cleaned up the work area, taught us how to use the controls, and answered all our questions. We are very pleased and highly recommend BH H&C! 01/2024 Update: I’ve now used Big Horn to install a humidifier on the whole house forced air furnace. It’s an AprilAire brand. Once again, excellent installation and clean-up. During this dry, cold winter, the humidifier adds humidity to the air helping us to breathe easier, reducing dust, static shocks and allergens, and be more comfortable in the home.
