We had a very specific need for one of our commercial doors. I stopped into Big C one day and talked with Jayson. He was on it immediately looking into all the best options for us. He came out to take a look at it for measurements and was able to recommend an installation person. Once he exhausted all the affordable solutions that made sense for our unusual situation, he actually contacted a different type of a company to ask about getting the job done. He referred me to someone else. I admire and appreciate that. The best thing about this experience is that Jayson communicated with me all the way through this process and he did not drop the ball. How refreshing that was, to say the least, since good communications skills are not common in the building industry today. Good customer service does exist!
