Amazing work from these guys and gals. Smooth transaction, start to finish. They were able to inspect my roof without me having to be there. They were quick, organized and even helped me install a roof mounted ventilation exhaust. Replaced all my Rotten wood the shingles just look amazing.

We just got our roof done and couldn’t be happier. The hardworking crew was great! They did an amazing job and such a good clean up. The job supervisor, James was very communicative and helpful. We used Big Bear based on social media reviews and we WERE NOT disappointed! Mason and James were very responsive to our questions and kept us informed on the scheduling status. The crew showed up on time (actually a little early) and got right to work. The materials were dropped off a couple of days ahead and the roofing crew got right after it. They did the work in about a day and a half and my wife and I were totally pleased. They even snuck up and put a few shingles on a tiny bump out that was totally unexpected. They left the property spotless and showed care over our plants and utilities. I would highly recommend Big Bear Roofing. They were EXCEPTIONAL!

Big Bear Roofing was great to work with for our roof replacement. Their attention to detail & excellent communication made it a smooth process from start to finish. My first point of contact was Mason who made me feel comfortable working with this company. He guided me through the process & was very patient with us while choosing colors & such. Before the job even started, James was also in communication, letting me know what to expect as we moved through the next phase. I very much appreciated James keeping me informed with who was coming out to my house, arrival time, the work they’d do, & answering my many questions. Now that our beautiful new roof is complete, a big shout out to Jeff, Mason and all the folks at Big Bear. During a downpour this spring, water started leaking into all 3 floors of our house. In a panic, I called Big Bear at 4 pm and Jeff arrived in 30 minutes; within an hour, he had a crew there to install a tarp. Jeff worked with our Erie insurance adjuster (who was also amazing) and within a few short weeks, our new roof was installed and all the interior damage was repaired.The entire process was as smooth as silk and the guys were the nicest and most professional we’ve ever dealt with. We can’t recommend Big Bear enough for your roofing needs!

Just replaced my roof the a couple weeks ago with Big Bear and it was a great experience start to finish! I had a leak that was causing some damage from my skylights, and so I knew it was time. Big bear was the third company I had out, and only Macon, my initial rep had observed the hail damage I had. They were able to handle the conversations with my insurance, even after an initial denial, they went to battle and got my roof covered! The actual project took just a day. Macon was great start to finish. James was on site at the beginning and end of the project during the actual work. Everyone was courteous, and they cleaned up the job site as they finished that night! Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend.

Big Bear completed my roof yesterday. The installation crew was professional and quick. Tommy from sales did an excellent job helping me set up the job and walking me through the steps for my insurance claim. Once everything was taken care of, it was only a matter of a few days before the repair was scheduled and completed.
