Big Bear Heating & Air is an amazing company. Dylan and his team are incredible. Our Hvac did not turn on on a hot summer day. We called Big Bear and within 5 minutes, Gwen helped schedule an appointment for us. Dylan, the owner, helped check our system and got it back up and running. He is the nicest, most honest and professional person we’ve worked with. We previously worked with 2 other hvac companies in Sarasota for our rental properties, none of them delivered such quality service at a reasonable price like Big Bear. Big Bear heating and air is amazing. I am a small business owner myself, and I really appreciate the care and concern that Dylan and his crew have shown us over the last few years. They replaced our old system with a split system by Greer and it has completely changed our lives. Especially in these hot summer months that we have. I have a 1978 built home that had original ducts I had been wanting to replace for some time. I was having high humidity issues with a newer variable speed unit and mold started growing in the ducts so I called them. Dylan came out and spent a few hours trying to diagnose the issue. At the end, I asked what I owe and he said to not worry about it. I knew right then, this is the company I will hire to replace the now moldy ducts.
