Great prices, good inspection and excellent software to view it right from the phone and discuss it with the tech. Had an issue come up on my vehicle and they didn’t try to upcharge me knowing it was something the dealership would have to take care of. Really appreciated the help and being mindful of my wallet!

I had never been to Big A. I only went there because I needed a convenient way to drop off one of our vehicles somewhere over the last weekend and I saw they had nightly drop off. I didn't have an appointment for anything. Just had purchased a salvage title vehicle that I needed to get checked out. The entire process with these guys was absolutely amazing. The details with their inspection was top notch. Zach was really helpful, we spoke on the phone a few times. They went well above and beyond any expectations I had. I DREAD GOING TO ANY AUTO SHOP BECAUSE I KNOW ITS NOT GONNA BE CHEAP BUT EVERY TIME I VISIT BIG A AUTO ITS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD, THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON MY SUBURBAN, THEY'RE QUICK & THE PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE. THE LAST TIME I WENT IN WAS TODAY 1/30/2026..LYLE & TONY TOOK CARE OF ME! THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER VERY KIND & CARING SOUL THAT CAME INTO THE WAITING AREA & MAKE SURE I WAS WARM WHILE I WAITED & THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE HEAT UP FRONT BECAUSE IT HAD JUST WENT OUT!
