Had a problem with my son's pc. Said that windows was no longer installed. Was able to talk me through the steps to reactivate via online chat so didn't even need to visit the store. Not my first encounter with the team. They have sorted out other issues on other devices in person and always with A+ service. Can't recommend highly enough
