From the very first phone I made I spoke with Michelle in the office. Very kind and helpful and also kept in touch with us . Michelle set me up with the owner Neil who came to our home. Neil was wonderful and knew exactly what needed to be done inside and outside to fix our wet basement. Kevin the supervisor of the crew who came to our home and explained everything again to us. We’ve used this company twice now, and each time they’ve exceeded our expectations. Beyond waterproofing, their efficiency and the quality of their work truly stand out. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were both professional and friendly. I worked with Rafael at Beyond Waterproofing and had a great experience. He was responsive from the start at all hours of the day/night. The crew was nice, clean, communicative, and finished the project on time and within budget. That was very important for such a big job. The project was done in under a week and everything has been working perfectly since. I researched a few other companies, and Beyond Waterproofing was by far the most responsive and reliable. As a first time homeowner these days it has been very difficult for me to find a company that I can trust to do a good job for the right price. If you find yourself in the same place, trust me, this is the right company for the job. From start to finish they always did the right thing, had attention to detail, clean, respectful and punctual.
