So I went in one day because I needed a battery changed in my watch. I expected to spend between ten and thirty dollars, but it turned out that this is a service for which they don't charge. The gentleman had something go wrong, one of those one in a thousands type things, so sent it out for repairs... which they warned me, could take a while. They offered me a loaner, which I declined. Very friendly and helpful. Replaced batteries in three of my watches and attached a charm onto a necklace for me. Will definitely see them again when I’m looking for new jewelry.

Everyone there is so sweet and it feels such like…home. The space is soft and welcoming. I had my bracelet resized and I know they’re always busy so I didn’t expect such a quick call within 72 hours I got a call for my bracelet to be picked up because it’s ready! Beware of the goodie chocolate bowl tho, hard to say no. Highly recommend this business.

Everyone is so nice each visit. My engagement ring and custom wedding bands are from here. The one employee who cleaned my engagement ring couldn't believe it's 15 years old, it's still so sparkly. Rich is doing another custom piece for us and can't wait to get it
