Start to finish, a truly exceptional experience with Better Basements and Waterproofing. The flooding of our basement was truly devastating and the hours of work my wife and I had to put in seemed endless. Then, we came across Better Basements and Waterproofing, and all of that changed. Starting with Abby setting us up with a walk-through (and being so swift with all of her communication) and getting Cole to come out and assess our scope of work. Cole’s tact and care throughout this process is something that should be lauded over and over again. Cole was so thoughtful in his approach, helping me understand each stage of the work and what my wife and I could do ourselves to continue to help the process along. The day of the work came and we met Graham - damn, how lucky are we?! Graham and his crew were so thoughtful and kind, thorough and relatable, and he was truly so gracious with his time, also walking me through every phase of his team's process. Now, this may be their SOP, but Graham never made it feel that way. He made it feel as though it was his business and he wanted to ensure we were partners in this journey, paving the way to a better life for our basement. I wish I remembered the rest of the crew members names that helped, but all of them were incredibly warm and welcoming. Each of them took the time to introduce themselves and share their day with me and deserve that recognition! Dylan - you have a one-of-a-kind team and kudos to you that each one of them have a sense of camaraderie and buy-in that should be praised at every turn.
