Jordan guided us through a smooth and very efficient process of replacing carpet in our finished basement after some water damage. He presented a large selection of premium carpets in the color palette we were looking for. The installation was timely and went seamlessly by professional and courteous installers. The thick under padding makes the carpet feel extra plush! And boy does the color make our basement pop! Thank you Bethlehem Gallery of Floors. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The crew arrived right on time (no dragging their feet here), a fantastic squad of pros who clearly have a step up on everyone else. They flew through installing our stair carpet runner like it was a stairway to heaven—done and dusted before noon. This was such an amazing company to choose! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. They Absolutely went out of their way to accommodate anything that I needed. They were extremely responsive and I will Definitely be working with them again on a second staircase we have in the home. We looked at five local flooring companies in the area, and they were by far the most reasonably priced as well.I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
