Best Way Sealcoat and Crack Repair

We own an office park on the corner of 35th Ave and W. 16th St in Greeley, CO that has about two football fields worth of parking. Harold and his team installed two long concrete swales to optimize drainage, then they milled and patched large areas of asphalt with spidering, crack sealed the parking lot, installed a seal coat and striped the parking lot. It looks as good as new. This is my third time using this company for asphalt work. Their work from Summer 2023 has held-up perfectly! I highly recommend Best Way Sealcoat and Crack Repair.

Harold came out about two weeks ago and estimated it would be $900 to reseal our section of asphalt driveway. They came in the appointed day and did a fantastic job cleaning the drive, repairing cracks and applying the sealer. The company that did the asphalt to begin with came back every couple and charged $1200-$1500 to do the reseal and they didn’t come close to what Best Way Seal Coat did. They will be my go to in the future.
