Seth, Sydney, Noah and their team gave us our dream home! It was a complete gut job of a 1950s Cape Cod, and the transformation was something straight out of a renovation show. As with any major undertakings of older homes, we had our share of surprises, but their honest and helpful guidance assisted us in navigating the challenges that arose, and we could not be happier with the end product. There are horror stories of contractors leaving jobs unfinished, being painfully difficult to work with, blaming others for mistakes, etc, but Seth and crew were stand-up and genuine from start to finish, so we would highly recommend using them for any construction or renovation projects without batting an eyelid.
