If you are looking to install a gas fireplace anywhere on the Eastside, Bellevue Fireplace is absolutely the best. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumbing required; the amazingly warm and helpful service; the selection; and the absolute integrity of the owners are outstanding. We had our gas fireplace installed 3 years ago and we love it and use it just as much today as we did when we first got it. I bought a condo six months ago and the gas fireplace in my condo stopped working. My Realtor suggested that I call the Bellevue Fireplace Shop for a service call. When I called to schedule it, they suggested I try something quick. Darn it if it did not fix the problem in no time. This speaks volumes about their integrity.

Long story short, we were having issues with our gas fireplace. I initially called a different company who came out multiple times and, 5 weeks later, left our fireplace in pieces and was unable to fix it. I called Bellevue Fireplace and they had me send photos, and someone came out and fixed the original problem + the mess from the other company, in one visit. Afterwards it was still making a funny beeping noise, and someone came back out and fixed that too. Very professional, good communication, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.
