BECI get no stars from me on 4/2/25 our light went off twice being without electricity for a couple of hrs... Only had a little bit of wind this company sucks if I had a choice it definitely wouldn't be this company... They don't care about their consumers they only care about their money... I have already had to replace 4 window units in about 2 yrs because of how many times we loose power... I think this company needs to invest in genarac generators for all customers as much as we pay on electricity and hardly have lights

Miserably bad electric company. Unable to upgrade power grid, power lines hang near roads, telephone poles leaning, reporting an outage is met with a typical automated message, power outages at least once sometimes twice or even three times a month depending if the wind blows over a few miles per hour or another squirrel jumps into a power box. According to kplc there’s potential corruption within the company and on top of all of this, outrages prices. Hopefully it goes bankrupt soon so a more competent electric company moves into the area.

Posted a positive review a few months ago and can’t figure out how to update it. Our bill has nearly doubled despite very little change in usage. While I haven’t experienced frequent outages as some reviews mention, the cost hike is outrageous. I don’t know why there aren’t laws that limit price increases to a certain percent for companies providing a necessary service especially when there are no other companies to choose from
