I called BC Express when my heating furnace failed to come on. They sent a tech out within a couple of hours and the tech, Karon, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem in no time. The charge was very reasonable and would highly recommend BC Express.
We had problems with our boiler on Friday right before the freezing weather and snow storm. Fortunately, BC Express was able to get Jason here that night. There was a problem with the igniter and other things. He spent and hour cleaning the elements enough to get the unit running. He ordered a tune-up kit. Jason, was great, friendly, courteous and respectful. Happy to have BC Express.
