Bath Planet of Milwaukee

I have been in sales management for decades and consider myself a hard sell as I have high standards for people I do business with. I was so impressed with Justin I can't say enough about how professional he was. I was also just as impressed with Chip and Jared, the professionals who put in the shower. I have to say it's the best shower I have ever had. It's really more like a spa experience. I had been a little disappointed in the size of the shower head and had planned on swapping it out for a different one. I'm so glad I waited to try it first! That smallish shower head packs a punch and I love it! Thank you everyone who was involved with our bathroom project, I could not be more pleased.

We contacted Bath Planet to replace our current shower with a new acrylic shower. Julie Barker came out and explained their process, took measurements and then sent us an email with everything they could do and what it would cost. We got several other bids but Bath Planet was the most reasonable and specific with what would be done. We met in person at the showroom and picked out the look we wanted. Julie was able to show us what our shower would look like on her tablet. We wanted the look of tile but we didn't like the small subway tile. She explained that we can make the tiles larger with no problem and then showed us how that would look. It was perfect. We made all our selections and paid half to get the items ordered. About a month later we got the call that everything had been delivered and we set up a time and date for the installation team to come out. We've had a lot of work done before on our house and had a lot of issues with contractors actually doing what they said they would do so we had a lot of questions for Chip and his team. They were very patient with us and answered all our questions and showed us exactly what they were doing at each stage. They demoed the old shower and then began making the walls ready for the new shower. They asked us where we wanted things put - grab bars, folding seat, shower head. They listened but they also gave advice which we really appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were completely happy before they left. They even taught us how to keep it clean. It did take a day and a half but I love the attention to detail and the care they took with the install and with protecting the rest of the bathroom. We are more than pleased with the result, the price, and the installation. I love that Julie was not pushy and didn't send a ton of emails trying to get us to move forward. It took us 2 months to make a decision but no one pressured us at all; even in the showroom, no pressure, take all the time you need. Chip and his team have been doing this for years and they know all the ins and outs of bathrooms. Julie was extremely thorough when she came out to do an estimate. She took pictures and measurements and was very exacting. You could not ask for a better group to do your bathroom. The photos are the before, during, and after. Although it looks like tile it is really Acrylic.
