We recently had or dated bathtub renovated by Bath Plant. The tear out and replacement by Joe and Ryan was efficient and timely (2 days), with courtesy and professionalism. My only complaints, in two parts; The finishing with silicone was done haphazardly, with plenty of it on fixtures/doors/walls/floor to deal with after they left. Second, the bench we wanted was on back order, and had to be installed several days later. That install, while inconvenient, went smooth and took less than 45 minutes. That being said, it's very slippery and is the only part of the new shower that pools water.
