We picked up a few loads from them this past week and was impressed with the mushroom compost had some plastic in it but was good product otherwise. The disappointing part was top soil $40 for unscreened top soil. Huge chunks of clay and rock not worth the money!!!
I inquired about things I was interested in. I got a quick answer and price. Very nice fellow. I will be going and getting the product as soon as possible!.
Any type of landscape materials by the bag or truckload. Not sure how much to get then look at their chart for coverage and depth. Parking was not a problem. Employee very helpful and answered all our questions.
The wife bought mushroom compost a couple of weeks ago and it was good quality at a good price. She went back today and got some topsoil. It was horrible. Huge chunks of clay throughout. Get your topsoil anywhere other than here.
I got some of their playground safe wood chips for a small playset in our backyard. They were extremely cordial over the phone and directed me to the right place. Then, they were very nice and courteous in person. The wood chips, called "beaver chips," worked out great for our play area. They're just the right amount soft and firm but also durable. The price was right too. Compared to buying from a storefront, this is much more affordable. But, I have to say, the best part was their customer service. They stayed open for me past their normal closing time so I could get the last little bit I needed to finish the play set. And they did it with a smile. I'll never foget that. I'm not in the landscaping business but anytime I need bulk mulch, I'll be going back there. And I recommend you do the same!
