One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a shop. I decided I was tired of spending money on Dysons every few years and I wanted to buy a better vacuum that I could get repaired. Carlos is amazing and really knows his vacuums. He guided us to the best option for us (a Sebo) and took plenty of time to walk us through it. I would highly recommend this store. He also clearly knows how to repair vacuums as well if that’s what you need.

Just completed our purchase of a Sebo D4 Premium. Carlos was unbelievably helpful with the whole process. He demonstrated a knowledge of all the products he sells that is rare to see nowadays. His customer service skills exceeded our expectations. The 10 year warranty on the Sebo was a nice perk. The vacuum itself has performed much better than our old Bissell junk. I don't anticipate buying another vacuum anytime soon, but if I did, this would be the place to go.
