I had simple body work done on my Toyota Camry a few years ago, and it took nearly two months to get my car. The work was okay, and the car was returned much dirtier than when I left it. Years later, I had other body work done at a different body shop, and the difference cannot be stressed enough how bad B & J is in comparison. I would never take my car here again, and I tell everyone I know the same. 1/13/26 Updated response: I was a customer longer ago than 5 years, I was sent here by a local BC man named Tom Jones. I brought a dark gray Toyota Camry. My above review was inspired by my having a significantly better experience at a different body shop years after my experience with B&J. I don’t deal with body shops often, so it took me a few years to realize the difference between this place, and a more professional one. I was always upset about the poor service at this shop, but didn’t have anything to compare it to. My car definitely wasn’t cleaned. It was significantly dirtier when I got it back. Workers fingerprints all over the interior material. Smears on the glass, etc.
