They are the most polite, efficient and awesome heating and cooling company I’ve ever worked with! From Customer Service to the service techs are awesome. I can’t say enough on how good and wonderful they are Ryan who came out here and has been working to figure out the problem with my mini splits is the best. The whole company is awesome thank you B&B for being one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with and put your customers first!!! If I could, I would give you more than five stars !! I highly recommend if you have any issues with heating and cooling call them you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you once again

These guys are not the greatest. The install of the HVAC unit is operational but that is where the good part ends. They cut a huge hole across my entire ceiling. They told my wife they had to install a new line and she said ok, not knowing they were going to do such damage and leaving it behind with no recommendation for repair. When I talked to them on the phone, they said "we don't do drywall, sorry" I understand the need for running different things on installs but have someone that you work with that can fix the issues left behind. They also promised a new thermostat with the HVAC install but did not install it when they installed the unit. They said they would come back, they did not. My wife called and they "ghosted" her. I purchased a new thermostat and had a different company install it. That was an additional $300 that should have not needed to be spent. So here I am with a huge hole in my entire ceiling that I have to figure out how to fix. Use this company at your own risk.
