I just want to say how happy we are with our new home !! Avalon gave us a superior home which exceeded our expectations. Hilary, who designed our home after listening to what we wanted and needed, was exceptional. She stayed within our financial framework and designed a home made just for us. Chris, our supervisor, answered every question and was there for us every step of the way. He included us on every detail. No phone call went unanswered. We have professional contractors in the family and they are amazed at the quality of the materials used. Highly recommend Avalon and just want to say thank you again for our new home.

Do NOT do business with this company. They ask you to pay a $3,000 fee to basically get a quote, then they do a horrible job and never respond. I wasted so much time and was so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and call a different modular home builder. Lesson learned, but don't make the same mistake!

Professional, reliable and very easy to work with. Did a fantastic job on our home. Highly recommended and will use again

2021 Update (2.5 years after completion): I love, love, love my house and I'm really happy with the workmanship of Avalon and Joe. I know a lot of people are building new right now and I know the process is long and frustrating - the results I have had w/Avalon are spectacular. PAST Review: I now have a stunning house. It. Is.
