Easy to work with buying a car. Edit on 11/24/24. We were told a couple times that the car had never been in an accident. We were assured that they had looked up the vehicle history ,and they told me 3 times it was "accident free". We went to install new door speakers and lo and behold, We have a used junkyard yellow repainted door on the drivers side. We had a body shop person then look it over, and we are told it was "rebuilt" on the drivers front side also and repainted. We also noticed it was a little loud till fully warmed up, even on the test drive we took at the dealership. Trip to the local muffler shop last week and they said the exhaust manifold is cracked and needs replacing. Brake pedal started going to the floor this last week too, it will need a new brake master cylinder put in it. You roll the dice with used cars and we lost on this one. Though it was a super deal ,but with the expenses to fix these things now it isnt. Still waiting on the paperwork to go register it despite 4 weeks going by now. Update: After 500 or so miles now on it the rear diff is going out. The posi diff clunks and clicks in any turn, dealer did a flush and added new fluid and the friction modifier to no avail, it needs to be replaced. It has a terrible shake at idle too now and were told the motor mounts need to be replaced also.This car has cost us almost as much as the purchase price in just repairs.
