I had an outstanding experience with Auto Pro Troy. I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a check‑engine light and some pretty concerning engine issues. Billy took the time to explain what they were seeing, walked me through the diagnostic steps, and kept me updated the whole way. In the end, they waived the diagnostic charges and even arranged to have my vehicle towed to the dealership so the warranty work could be handled there, which they absolutely did not have to do. That level of honesty and customer‑first service is rare. Billy and the team at Auto Pro Troy earned my trust, and I will 100% be back and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional shop.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop! They replaced the camshaft in my Jeep Grand Cherokee after other shops told me it couldn’t be done. Not only did they take on the job, but they got me in on a Saturday and had my vehicle back to me by Tuesday — that’s incredible turnaround time! The service was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. What truly stood out to me was their professionalism and communication. They explained everything clearly, made sure I fully understood the work before moving forward, and never made me feel rushed or confused. On top of that, they went the extra mile by washing the outside and wiping down the inside of my vehicle — such a thoughtful touch! Now my Jeep drives fantastic — no more shaking, no more misfiring. These guys are some of the best in the business. I brought a car I purchased off of Carvana here for a used car inspection and they completed the inspection within 25 minutes! They let me know everything that they recommended to replace/fix with photos. They replaced my front and back rotors/brakes and got new tires on my car, and I had it back the very next day. They’re awesome and I couldn’t recommend them enough, anything I need automotive related I will always come back to them!
