Auto Express of Langhorne

I recently took my car into get state inspection done and they seemed nice when I about to get my car I was informed it failed the state said my tires were dry rotted and a puncture in the side wall. My tires are less then a year old no way they were dry rotted and there was no puncture on the side wall the mechanic who did the inspection couldn't find it either. The assistant manager Leslie Benjamin was extremely rude would not answer one of my questions he would just walk away.

I’ve been very pleased with auto express since I started coming in Langhorne a couple of years ago. They always do a great job at a reasonable price and they don’t try to intimidate you with things you don’t need. They also get your work done in a reasonable timeframe. I continue to recommend them to my friends & people I work with.

Please do not believe any of these negative reviews. My dad and I randomly stumbled upon this place in a pinch for a state inspection during memorial day weekend and they were incredibly accommodating. Leslie let us know in advance how long we would have to wait considering we were walk-ins, and offered us every assurance that things were on track and kept us updated throughout our stay. I have been at this place 3 times and I have always received excellent service. The previous supervisor went out of his way to help me on a Saturday at almost closing time down a mechanic. The current supervisor is also very helpful, kind, and professional, and takes care of any problem within his abilities. I'm very glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Auto Express of Langhorne did a thorough job with the maintenance on my Camry and made the whole process simple and smooth from start to finish. Pete was especially helpful, professional, honest, and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly and there was zero hassle.
