We’ve had Steve’s team out with our old house and our new house to install the garage doors. Zero complaints, it’s been smooth every time. I also asked for speciality items - high lift, double insulated doors, lift master side mount. Installation went without a hitch. I did have them back (they were quick to stop by again within an hour of me calling) to check on a few fiddly items with the garage doors (sensors). The technician Dale knows his stuff too, just ask him anything when he’s there. Anyway, very happy with the quality of work. I’ve had several neighbors compliment me on the doors.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I filled out the service request form one night and received a call from Steve the very next morning. Within hours, Tech Dale came to give an estimate for the repair versus a replacement. Both figures were much less than I was expecting, and we decided to replace the old door. We agreed to new door panels & rails, and a new tensioning system. Later the same day, Tech Peyton came to do the install. The good: We had great communication throughout the day. I received regular updates and a written estimate so I could budget and plan. The tech answered all of my questions without being condescending or rude. The great: Same day service!! I got a tour of the finished project and the tech removed all debris, took away the old door, springs, and rails, and returned the property to its former level of tidiness.
