Sam was a super individual to work with. Spent enough time to diagnose the problem and very dedicated to resolve the issue. His effort allowed solution of the problem without having to order a new control board. Very personable and included me as necessary, which was very much appreciated.
Sam was great. He was on time professional and I really enjoyed talking with him. The ordered parts he ordered for the repairs came quickly and my appliances are working well. I would definitely call if I need repairs in the future.
They got me into the schedule quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional. My repair was thankfully an easy fix and I was up and running the same day. Would definitely recommend and if I have needs in the future I will be calling them.
