Thank you Nick and John and whoever else worked to bring our Canon LV-7585 projector back to life! Super pleasant and easy interaction on the phone and via email. Fast work, would heartily recommend. Saved us thousands of dollars, assuming we get a couple more years out of the unit (fingerscrossed).

**Update** John called from Atlas electronics and spoke with me about my issue. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He apologized for the person I spoke with before and explained my issue to me. Although he broke my heart by telling me my TV was beyond repair, he was honest with me. I appreciate John and will definitely recommend them for service. I called to see if I could get my 85 inch tv repaired, the lady on the phone acted as if she was too busy and didn't have time to answer my questions. This business is excellent, the took a chance where Best Buy wouldn’t and replaced the backlight in my curved panel TV. Letty was very professional and took my issues into account. A big thank you to the Technicians who worked on it! It works fantastic!!!
