Great service. I requested a service appointment and they were here the following morning, and in about an hour Stephanie fixed our water dispenser. She explained everything. Definetely will call them again when I need to.

Technician explained all the procedure

We were very pleased With how they helped get us the right equipment from LG and took the reins on trying to find the best quality parts that work best for our refrigerator. I was very pleased with Stephanie. She explain things in detail really tried to help us figure out the best way to get our refrigerator fixed. Joe and Stephanie were patient with my questions and understood my frustration. I definitely would recommend this company Assured Service Appliance Repair and working with Stephanie.
