We needed an outdoor electrical receptacle installed ASAP, so we contacted Angi's online. We found Assurance Factor Electric as a highly rated service provider and contacted them. Bill Houser came right over, gave us a professional written quote on the spot, and finished the job the next day. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew. Their installation was exactly as promised, and they cleaned up very well before they left.

My experience with Assurance Factor Electric was great!! The technician was prompt(15min early)and ready to work. He installed the ceiling with expertise and did a very good clean-up! I would use this company again for my electrical needs. As a matter of fact…google is how I found them…what luck!!

This guy is so unprofessional and rude. Called him and he couldn't even dedicate 30 seconds to hear me out to explain the situation. I called 10 other guys and they were all professional, this guy was just in a rush and super rude. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had some issues with flickering lights in my home that had me quite concerned. Bill was quickly able to identify the source of the problem. The main breaker in the panel was bad. Bill resolved the issue in an efficient manner. I did my homework and I felt that his pricing was more than fair. I will uses his services again as well as recommend Assurance Factor to others.
