We have 3 children and no hot water for baths tonight because Paul dragged things out all day and then started dodging calls. This is not a small inconvenience. It's the middle of winter, a basic necessity, and unacceptable to leave a family hanging like this, AGAIN. We've previously gone without heat for the same exact reason: hours of excuses, no clear schedule, no follow through and radio silence. The only reason we kept calling is because they installed the system and know it better than anyone, and they've made it so unnecessarily complicated that most people don't even want to touch it. But that doesn't give them a free pass to be disorganized and unreachable when something breaks. If you value reliability, communication, and having basic utilities handled when you need them, LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.
