This is the best family owned pest control company in Greensboro. Kenneth Fields is the Manager and has serviced my home a number of times. He is always on time. I haven't had any issues since signing up. Very recommended service. Support local!

As soon as we bought our home we signed up with Arrow for quarterly sprays around the interior baseboards and exterior. It’s been a year and we couldn’t be happier customers. We love that they’re eco-conscious and always send such honest, humble, and professional technicians (thanks Chase!) A couple times we needed to have them swing by (no charge) to remove wasp nests in the summer or ants sneaking in. Instead of just treating the issue and leaving, Chase will double check every crevice, going waay above and beyond to eliminate and prevent rebellious pests from entering the house or garage. I've been working with Arrow since I bought my house 20+ years ago, and have always been impressed with the technicians' and office staff's professionalism. I recently had them inspect my crawl space with their robot, which was a big help, since I can't (won't!) go under there. Not to mention, I love that it's a woman-owned business.

Great service, great technicians, fair pricing, and the pests were taken care of. We’ve used them for three types of pests at different times. Highly recommend. I mean you really can’t get better service.

Our current home was built in 1910. Our previous home which we lived in for 23 years was built in 1852. Pest control to include insect, rodent, and termites is essential for historic homes.
