I would never recommend this business. I bought a house that the previous home owner ordered and paid for 2 windows to be replaced February 15, 2023. I called this company numerous times and received a different answer each time I called. Was told they would call me back and never receive a call back. It got to where they wouldn't answer their phones. Ended up calling the previous owner's realtor. He was able to get in contact with them. They said they would be at the house to replace the windows on a Wednesday, May 31st, afternoon. I took half the day off of work for them to not show up, not answer their phones. Previous owners realtor got a hold of them, excuse no workers showed up to work today due to being in Louisiana. Promised they would call me the next morning to let me know when they would be able to replace windows. No phone call, so I called and was told that they had to check and would get back to me. Finally called me back and said they would be there Friday, June 2nd late afternoon. They showed up and finally replaced the windows. In the process they damaged the frame of one of the windows. The worker knew he damaged it and never said a word. I contemplated letting the owner know, but decided the headache wasn't worth it. DON'T USE AGM IN ARKADELPHIA!
