1st visit: Patrick came in and did the job quickly. He was very personable and exhibited professionalism throughout the job. Will definitely call again! 2nd visit: 2/26 Chase quickly found the problem and arranged for a repair. He was very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile to be sure I was taken care of! Again, I was pleased with services.
Great service! We needed inspection and advice just bought house and never used a fireplace. Patrick was very knowledgeable and gave us great info and options for what we needed. No pressure to act quickly and left us all the info we needed to make our decision on the changes we could make. Definitely recommend this company!
Great experience. My service person was polite, informative, and dedicated to getting the job done. He was diligent and determined to get my fireplace to work. Mission accomplished!!! He even had another job he wanted to get to tonight due to the pending storm. Would definitely use again and recommend should anyone ask. Would give more than five stars if I could.
Archer Chimneys & Exteriors provided not only excellent service with cleaning my chimney , but came out on short notice to help a family in need! I had no way to prepare for the freeze tonight , and without adequate heat Archer literally saved my family from the cold. The service was extended to me as a charity and I must add an admirable deed! What a blessing to recieve this holiday season thanks to this noble act! Archer was very professional , giving notice prior to arrival and also after completion due to me not being able to be home during services. The service was done in a timely manner and they were even extra nice to my dog 🐕! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Archer Chimney & exteriors for anyone needing services! Workers were prompt and completed rebuilding our chimney plus painted a side of house within three days! The work was done within the time that was scheduled. We chose them over several other bids because they respected our budget. We no doubt will call them when we are ready for more updates like for roof and deck
