I brought in my vintage-style Detrola radio for repair, and the shop owner was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to look it over, explained the situation clearly, and was honest about what could and couldn’t be done. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and customer service these days. You can tell right away he’s truly experienced and knows TVs inside and out. I dropped off my TV on a Monday, and by the very next day, he called to let me know it was already fixed and ready for pickup. Talk about fast and efficient! The quality of the repair was excellent, and it was absolutely worth every penny. Took my tv to Arcadia Tv gentleman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable was very impressed with his demeanor and customer service would definitely recommend this place and would certainly continue to do business again double thumbs up
The owner called my place of business and called me all kinds of racial slur. He filled my voicemail with them as well. As a businessman I would assume he would never treat anyone that. I was floored to hear him call me these names. I have the calls recorded and will allow the community to know what he thinks of minorities and women.
