**Update to their reply** We received a less than average snow event for January and I feel I've received hostile responses over email and now Google since I requested the remediation. Like I said, my $4,800 system worked fine for 9 months. I am just hopeful that it can be repaired and last at least another few years through future below average snow events. At this point we have no option but to spend the minimum $330 to restore my system back to the way it was, but it's a lesson learned. **Update 1 year later** We have had two issues within a year, and one of which has not been resolved. Our system worked without incident, consistently for 9 months before our first issue arose. One of our lights was not working. The team came out 11 days later to resolve this issue. 2 months later (not even a full year), we received less than average snow fall (7 inches | average for January is 8.2) and the lights were violently moved around and I found parts of an antenna on our lawn. I messaged the company and they kindly and jovially helped me quickly schedule somebody to come out and fix this (keep in mind there's a 3 year parts and workmanship warranty). They came out today and charged me $115 and also gave me a quote for $336 to replace a light and Wifi antenna (and they said it could be more). When I questioned the charge I was told the 'heavy' snow was considered an 'Act of God.' It's a bit unfortunate that this company is calling less than average snowfall an act of god and charging me for it. You would think these systems would be able to sustain average weather for the area year-round. They removed the $115 service call, which was nice, but now I am stuck with a non-functioning system less than a year after purchasing. I am leaving the rating at 2/5 stars because the customer service is usually friendly and the product did work really well for the first 9 months. It just sucks that my $4800 investment is now costing me more less than a year later. I am very happy with my experience with Aqua-Bright's installation of landscape lights. Before deciding to go with this company I contacted 2 other highly rated lighting companies. The customer service was one of the things that sets this company apart from the others. The staff are all friendly and the sales person who visited my home was patient in answering questions and had a lot of great ideas for the design. The best part of the whole process was that Aqua Bright was the most competitively priced out of the 3 companies I was considering. They also provided us with the most lights. I could not be happier with our purchase.
