This place is crazy . I made an appointment and called to cancel because I went with another company. Whoever answers these phone calls are unprofessional. When I was talking with whoever he asked why was I cancelling I explained I went with another company. He tells me if it’s about the money they can lower the service call . I tell him no he said if it’s the time he can change it I tell him it’s not that I went with another company so please cancel my appointment. He says ok I’ll cancel and hangs up on me . WTH I’m glad I went somewhere else this place sounds like a scam . Beware !!!!
