Prompt response to my message for help. Pleasant customer service. Wyndell came in time frame scheduled, diagnosed problem. He didn’t have the part, told me where to purchase it locally and how to replace it myself. I don’t have to wait on him to come back. On his way out, I had a question about my oven and he stopped and helped me with it. I definitely recommend him.
