I had previously bought a refurbished Washer Dryer stackable set from Appliance Discount. After a few years The dryer had stopped blowing warm air so I called them having previously experienced quality customer service. A few days later they came and replaced the fuse in the dryer, it worked for a few days and stopped blowing warm air again. I called and they came out again the next day replacing the heater, they tried to get it going but found that the control panel was not working correctly and the part was not being made anymore. A few days later I went into the store with my daughter and found a dryer we thought would work. They delivered it the next day, only to find that it did not fit through the interior doors, so over the phone we picked another dryer, it was delivered the next day, but this one was too tall and the control panel tilted away from the front (I'm only 5ft even) I would need a stool to use the controls. At this point I'm feeling like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. A call was made again, another machine was picked and yes the very next day they came and delivered the dryer, this time the door was not shutting unless you gave it a lift, the office was called and after the delivery guy and the main guy consulted they switched the direction of the door opening, there was a solid connection and closer. Your probably saying "Enough Already" but through all of this there was no raising of voices, no snarky sarcastic comments, No putting me off, No making me wait longer, just calm controlled "let's take of care of business and make her happy". I have not had the pleasure of such dignified treatment in a long time, when overall customer service is at an all time low these days these people have got it right. A deep bow with my hat off to you to the way you treated me and made me feel as a customer. Debbie A
