Employees are surly and generally don’t provide courteous and efficient service. You walk in and nobody asks what you need and when you find someone to direct you, nobody comes to help you. I think it’s a culture and attitude problem. They’re too self important.

Was seen promptly at my appointment time. Was told it would be ready in about an hour. When I came back. It was not ready. There were some issues with my iPhone repair but they were courteous and responsive.

My daughter and I stopped in after leaving Lulu and pandora .! As soon as we entered we were greeted and asked what we needed assistance with and what my name was then we were instructed to go over by the computer monitors and a support specialist will be right with you .! We had time to look at some things and discuss new headphone and items .! A support specialist name Myah’s came over very great smile answered all Our questions and gave me an idea of what I wanted to do next . Then she handed us over to Brandon who was extremly amazing .! Brandon had dreads Annd a wonderful smile as well . He spoke so well and demonstrated the Vision Pro SOOOO WELL .! Like he has patience and instruction .The atmosphere was nice seemed very informative and there was a guy giving Apple watch demonstrations. Okay back to Brandon . Give HIM A RAISE bb We will totally purchase one as a home gift !.! We were stopping in from stl And so greatly appreciate these two awesome people . Thank you guys again
