I brought my computer in to have it upgraded to Windows 10 or 11 and it was a bit tough to get the job done. Despite that the young man doing the job agreed to begin on Sunday and finished today on Monday and was tenacious about seeing it through. He did the job very well and did it for the price he quoted. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional person. Got back with me within minutes of sending an email. He could have easily taken advantage of me since I do not know a lot about computer repair, but he told me a cheap and easy solution I could do on my own. If I do have any more computer issues, I will be calling AP Computer Works. Thank You.

Dropped my computer while in the Anderson area. Many places weren't answering the phone. Took it to another computer repair and they said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until the next day but that it likely needed a new hard drive. Called AJ, he answered, met me at the shop in 5 minutes, looked at it and said the same thing but that he would try to see what was savable. He had it done that night but I waited to pick it up the next day since I would be back in town. Completely saved all my information and files and I didn't need a new hard drive! Very happy! Also he had to be out of town the day of pick up but arranged for someone to meet me at his shop to pick it up and they were very flexible with my time (my boyfriend was in the hospital there after back surgery). Great work and great customer service. Thank you!!
