Alex came out initially to do my “winter maintenance”… we had been having issues with our furnace, but was hoping to get through the last month or so of winter, and planned to replace in the fall. He was extremely thorough and was very honest in letting me know he had found a carbon monoxide leak (in the pipe, not leaking in the house YET) and it needed replaced ASAP. I have 3 young children in my home, and their safety is my top priority. Within 1 hour, another gentleman named Jason came out to go through options, quotes, price points, and getting an affordable plan together for us. They will be here to install next Tuesday and I couldn’t be more grateful. They truly made a crappy situation bearable with how kind they were.
