I went here for the first time on 6th December 2025 for a very complicated fixing, of a very nice Chronograph Automatic watch. First of all, the service was outstanding, very courteous and knowledgeable and I asked the watch specialist for his opinion. He was very open and honest in what he said and committed to do what others would not. He said he it would ready today, 9th December 2025 and indeed it was. When I collected the watch, he had not only fixed it but went and did extra to the watch at no cost!!. I had a lengthy talk with him, as I know a lot about watch's as I have just sold a collection of 15 watch's to pay for my Cancer treatment bills. This man knows A LOT about watch's and is an old school expert, which nowadays, is so very hard to find. They have a great selection of new and more importantly VINTAGE watch's, which if you know anything about watch, vintage are better built, than todays watch's. This is because all modern watch contain, plastic, silicone etc. inside them, (even top brands), where as older vintage watch's have ALL METAL internals. They have a great selection of these older vintage, high quality and reasonable priced watch's and clocks. I highly recommend doing business here, they are honest, truthful, great prices and have top quality expert workmanship, which is so hard to find nowadays in this "throw away culture" Please give them your love and support them as a quality artisan local business.

I had an amazing experience with Annandale Watch & Clock. I brought in my Seiko watch, which holds sentimental value since it belonged to my dad, and was told it would take about two weeks to repair. To my surprise, they had it ready in less than 24 hours! When I went to pick it up a few days later, they had kept it safe, and when they brought it out, it looked practically brand new. They replaced the battery, fixed the corrosion, and even addressed a missing link near the face of the watch. They told me it might not look exactly the same, but they went above and beyond to make it work. On top of that, they replaced the glass face completely free of charge—the watchmaker said he simply couldn’t let me wear it unless it met his professional standards. That really showed me how much pride they take in their work. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain the process clearly. From start to finish, the service was fast, professional, and done with care. The price was very reasonable too—honestly, it felt like they cared more about the customer than anything else. I can’t recommend Annandale Watch & Clock enough. If you need a watch repaired, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my watch—I’m truly grateful. Next time I stop by, I hope it’s just to bring you food instead of another broken watch!
